Advertising Service LotBound is an online property listing and advertising platform. We provide a space for sellers to post property listings and for buyers to discover them. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, or representative for any party, and we do not negotiate, facilitate, or close property transactions.

Seller Responsibility All property details — including but not limited to boundaries, lot sizes, titles, prices, and tax declarations — are submitted directly by sellers. The accuracy, completeness, and legality of such information is the sole responsibility of the seller.

No Guarantees LotBound reviews listings for completeness before approval, but this review does not constitute legal certification, title verification, or endorsement of the property or the seller. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of any listing.

Due Diligence Buyers are solely responsible for conducting proper due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction. This includes verifying title ownership, lot boundaries, tax compliance, and any encumbrances through the appropriate government agencies.

Document Submission Sellers are required to upload relevant property documents (e.g., Land Title, Certificate of Tax Clearance, Tax Declaration) before a listing is approved and made visible to the public. Submission of falsified documents is a violation of these terms and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability LotBound shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, or from reliance on any information published on this platform. All agreements are made solely between the parties involved.

Reporting & Compliance Users may report suspicious or fraudulent listings to our team. LotBound reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms and will cooperate with relevant government authorities when required by law.
